To say we get a lot of packages in the Peace-a-Bull household would be an understatement. The boys get their BarkBox every month, usually a Bully Stick order each month, collars at random times, and various human related packages arrive. That’s why when my hubby told me recently that I’d gotten a package, I didn’t really react much. At that time, I was waiting on the Valentine’s collars from Prancer’s Pit Project, so although I was eager to see the collars, I wasn’t too surprised about a package. When I saw the return label? Oh My Dog! I
It turned out that our boys were gifted with a bag of Marsh Dog treats just as a thank you for being readers. Now, I have a vegan friend who shudders at all of the various body parts I feed to dogs; duck feet, trachea, bully sticks, lamb lung, oh the list goes on, but I have to admit, when I saw the word Nutria I felt a few shudders of my own running up and down my back. Did one of my favorite bloggers just send me a bag of river rat? Well, no.

|Nutria-noms? Yes, please.|
Yay! I'm so glad you guys like the treats! My herd gobbled them up, too. I was a little skeptical of the source at first, too, but I love the conservation angle. I did see a nutria jerky, which we may try next… So happy that you guys like the treats!
Packages are always fun to get and if they have good and healthy treats that's even better!
Is it wrong that I love the jars?/
I love that you love the jars! I just pinned some ideas for even better jars, so I'm pretty excited.
Ooh, how interesting! We try to keep a varied diet here … the dogs and the cats are on a raw diet, and in addition to their lamb, beef, chicken, turkey, etc., we try to include things like venison, elk, duck, pheasant, etc. But nutria … I was not aware of this! We'll be heading over there RIGHT now to check it out!
